玻璃鳞片胶泥的材料分类及特点

玻璃鳞片涂料是以耐腐蚀树脂为主要成膜物质，薄片状的玻璃鳞片为骨料，再加上各种添加剂和填料组成的厚浆型涂料。按涂料的粘度可以分为玻璃鳞片涂料、玻璃鳞片厚浆涂料和玻璃鳞片胶泥3种。
为简便起见，这三种不同形态一般也通称为玻璃鳞片涂料。
玻璃鳞片涂料是国际公认的长效重防腐涂料，适用于腐蚀条件较为苛刻的环境。具有防腐蚀范围广、抗渗透性突出、力学性能好、强度高、能耐温度剧变、施工方便、修复容易等特点。
施工技术规定：
玻璃鳞片涂料包括环氧树脂型双组分涂料和乙烯基酯树脂型三组分涂料。其配制及施工，应符合下列规定：
①涂料的贮存期在25℃以下，环氧树脂型不宜超过6个月，乙烯基酯树脂型不宜超过3个月。涂料的施工环境温度不应低于5℃．
②玻璃鳞片涂料可采用刷涂、滚涂施工。钢铁基层除锈要求不得低于St2级。
在水泥砂浆、混凝土或木质基层上，宜用稀释的环氧树脂、乙烯基酯树脂进行封底处理。
③涂料必须按规定的质量比配制，并搅拌均匀。
